RPG Maker MV comedy corruption(kind of?) game. Brought over by Kagura Games. Play as a stupid princess trying to get some recognition in her own country.

 

Story

The king has a slipped disc because his bed broke while he was having a tryst. The prime minister steps up to become the ruler of the kingdom, only for the king to name his idiotic daughter as the ruler instead. Meeyu, the princess, then hears everyone badmouthing her and sets forth to become famous like her Dad so people respect her. Not having any idea how to do this, she often comes to the conclusion that sleeping with the men of the kingdom is the best way because her friend, the most famous prostitute in the town, is popular. That or adventuring.

Of course this has a basic plot of overthrowing the kingdom, but most of the little plot is spent showing Meeyu being stupid, jumping to conclusions, and hanging with her friends. Then killing something. It’s a joke plot that’s okay-ish.

Gameplay

Turn based. Easy. Most fights are spamming Meeyu’s special or winning in two attacks. As long as you fight even two or three enemies per dungeon you will be able to afford all the upgrades in the shop, which you only need to buy the armor as every dungeon the best weapon or something better in a chest.

The only challenging thing combat wise is the bosses. Each one has the stats to actually be a fight, though since your only options are healing and doing attacks, the fights still end up just being swing and heal loop until you win. This is really obvious when you fight a boss who full heals every third turn about 10 times. That is also the most interesting fight in the game. And if you lose, you get a scene and then one of the three female friend characters get to rescue you. Basically dodge monsters until you get to the boss arena and kill the boss in like three hits. Lose with that girl for more porn(thankully these unlock without needing to see them. Just kill the bosses and they all unlock.) The rescue mechanic is cool, but it also means there is no point in trying against the bosses unless you want a virgin end.

Outside of combat, the only real mechanics are charisma and sex appeal. Charisma raises as you beat dungeons and do the one or two combat side things the game has. Sex appeal goes up anytime Meeyu is in a sex scene. These are used to decide what items you get after each dungeon in a chest in your room.

Meeyu is not the only girl who can have sex scenes, and thankfully the game usually shows you who needs to talk to with who for the scene using hearts with letters in them above characters. The three other girls youc an play as are really only for walking around town triggering porn, which is usually fine. Except when certain NPCs don’t show up when you play certain characters so you need to explore the town after every dungeon with every girl. That got annoying, especially when I triggered a thing but the game didn’t tell me who that thing allowed to get scenes. I think most of my play time was just running around town trying to see scenes and juggling between the girls.

H and Other stuff

The sex is kinda boring. Mainly because there is to much of it at any one time, and to little variety in cgs. Meeyu has about six basic sex cgs, with most scenes using two(1 foreplay and 1 sex). The other girls get about 4. Losing fights gets you more unique content and cgs in general though not a lot and it doesn’t fix the problem of the game having to much short porn that it throws at you all the time. That’s not to say each scene is the same thing, at the very least most scenes have unique openings and situations. But the core of each scene is usually the exact same thing for the other 50 of them, and the slight differences between the girls doesn’t help either. Meeyu’s scenes are all her getting people to support her or her being tricked because she’s stupid, though eventually its just because it feels good. Elise gets raped(or more like, gets her armpits licked a lot) because she makes bad decisions. Ai, the prostitute, is in charge and is good at sex. Sonia, the nun, is basically Meeyu with less knowledge about sex.

Honestly the game has a lot of variety to situations that trigger sex, but for some reason I just felt it incredibly boring. Probably because there was no raising action of any sort, it was all just short excuses to flavor the sex. Also basically all the sex is with no name guys that just exist for that, though that’s a problem with RPG Maker porn games in general, especially ones where you play as girls.

 

So reading around someone mentioned that the art used in this is just touched up Kunoichi Tsubaki art. I have nothing against companies using there own resources to make something, but that does explain why this game feels so boring. It’s all just reworked stuff for an English release. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it might explain why it feels so low effort in every field to me,

Verdict

It started alright. I got bored of it around the 25% mark though. It doesn’t really do anything to make it more exciting other then throwing more porn at you. The RPG mechanics are super simple. Use big attack until win, heal when needed. Get better heal and bigger attack as you level. The game also made me hate the turn around noise in RPG Maker. Every time someone turns it makes at his high pitched woosh like noise, and since most people don’t turn in only one direction you get the sound two or three times in a row every time. And it takes forever since they wait for the whole sound to play before turning to the next direction. A single loop can take about 10 seconds and almost every story scene has at least one of these. Of anything in this game that bothered me, them that sound effect was probably number 1.

It had something with its comedy. But it doesn’t focus enough that. Showing more of why everyone doesn’t care for Meeyu would help, but really I just wish the side girls meant more for the plot and game in general. The game is okay at best, though personally its mostly boring.
