Kingdom of Passion V.62

H Scene Count-11~

Created by Siren’s Domain

Length- 2-3 hours for now

This is very early, so everything here is going to be expanded on greatly. It’s basically Town of Passion with a new setting and new artist.

Zombie’s Retreat 2: Gridlocked V.22

H Scene Count- 37 unique instances

Created by Siren’s Domain Patreon

Length- 4-6 hours

I didn’t intend to do a bunch of partial Patreon games in a row, it just happened. I blame Stardew.

Anyway, sequel game to Zombie’s Retreat. I held off for a good while before playing this and it was actually more meaty then I expected in terms of length and stuff to do. For a short explanation, it’s a proper sequel. Shoot zombies in RPG Maker 4 direction movement, gather supplies and do quests to score with older women.

Lost Lagoon V.3.2

H Scene Count- 28~ scenes, though there’s a few things in town that aren’t in the gallery yet. Like the hot spring peeks.

Created by Palmeira Studio

Length- 3 hours or so to finish everything right now

So my friend group started playing Stardew Valley which lead me to wanting to play something similar as an h game, which don’t tend to be very good. This was something I played as part of that, but it’s not really like Stardew other then some surface level stuff. You live on a farm, raise people’s relations, fight enemies for materials and can craft stuff. Honestly this is more similar to Town of Passion.

[Ecchi]Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak 2

1/10. How dare they put Rixia into the post final boss cutscene for like a minute and then not put her in the party for the postgame but give you Fei who also only shows up in that same cutscene.

Ahem. Daybreak 2 is a sequel to Daybreak, but not really to the Trails series. As in it does very little for the overall story, instead giving small character arc steps for the core cast in different ways. It also adds back in a bunch of missing stuff from Daybreak 1, like a card game. And plentiful ingame costumes.

Like the rest of the Trails series, just going to talk through some thoughts and general impressions. No full category talk stuff here.

[Ecchi]Senran Kagura: Deep Crimson

The second Senran Kagura, the end of the first timeline, and the last original game for me to play… except they released an endless runner this year and ruined my whole intro.

Deep Crimson is the second proper game and the end of what was originally the Nintendo timeline of games. It’s still focused on the Hanzo and Crimson Squad girls, but introduces Kagura and is the game in the series with the biggest focus on yoma. Which really aren’t as scary as the rest of the series paints them as.

Radiant Victorias

H Scene Count- 32

Created by Akari Blast, translated by Kagura Games

Length- 8-10 hours

An action RPG made in RPG Maker that actually works for the most part. On the busty side for girls and in general is a pretty standard story. It’s okay.

[Not really ecchi]Legend of Heroes: Trails into Daybreak

The next entry into the series, Daybreak takes place in Calvard, the last 7 game’s countries (Erebonia and Crossbell) neighbor. You play as Van, a morally loose man who goes by Spriggan as he works with Agnes, a girl related to the crazy scientist who basically started their entire industrial revolution, who is searching for 8 Genesis. These are basically prototype devices to test arts and quartz, basically the usable magic rocks. As apparently the world will end if she can’t find all 8. That’s what her grandpa’s diary tells her at least.

The rest of this write up will follow the early Trails entries styles where I mostly rant and praise things at mostly random.

Book of Korvald

H Scene Count- 24 story scenes , 10 enemy animations + a fanart gallery

Created by Punching Donut Games, published by Shady Corner Games

Length- 5-7 hours

A very janky mix mash of Norse, Christian, and Cthulhu stuff. Janky is a word I want to use a lot for this. Metroidvania. It’s impressive in scope but there’s a lot of features that are off or don’t work right.

[Ecchi]Senran Kagura: Burst

The first English released game in the series, and already half of it is a remake of the first game! SK: Burst is the first game of the Senran Kagura series, Portrait of Girls, combined with a Hebijo half of the game and is basically the real starting point. It contains the most told story of the series, Asuka’s group meeting Homura’s and the rivalries and fights as they learn what being a ninja is about.

It’s also probably the most exhausting game in the series to 100%. Thanks to it, I never want to even consider Re;Burst, so soon enough after Deep Crimson I’ll be done with Senran Kagura. There’s been no new entries, and little done with the franchise other then some crossovers in other mobile games for SK’s mobile game.

[Ecchi]Neptunia x Senran Kagura NINJA Wars

The Neptunia and Senran crossover! 5+ years too late.

Hack and Slash, doesn’t really play like any Senran game or the other Nep hack and slash types.

I wanted an image of catgirl, but this really doesn’t give her front side the credit they deserve. She’s bigger then the tit ninjas.

I wasn’t intending to do this game for another 4 years or so, but due to probably not finishing Senran Burst and skipping finishing Nep 3 this year, I figured I’d do this so one game in both those franchises would at least be done. Plus it’s short and to the point, and decent as a game.
