An amateur h game drawn and written by one guy, this is a simple game with a weirdly disjointed plot(though better then the first). It’s basically a nukige with a bad combat engine and raising sim elements.
Story
You play a high schooler who’s crush has an abusive boyfriend. She sends you to her uncle so you can finish a science report. Upon arriving, you become his assistant and he tells you of his time machine powered by a dragon bone. He sends you to use it to prove he was write back when he announced it, and of course the time machine goes off course. After a false start you end up in fantasy land and meet a military man and a female detective. Soon after meeting them you hand the bone to the guy and he gets eaten by a dragon. His daughter shows up, does not decide to kill, and takes you under her wing for a battle that is coming up. You are then set to do what you want to prepare for the flying castle of doom battle at the end of the story.
One quick note is that someone has a family member get killed and she does not decide to immediately kill you. Its a strange thing for a plotline since that would usually become a revenge plot, but never does. I can’t tell if its just lazy writing or the creator was smart and avoided the annoying precedent most stories have.
Gameplay
Moving on, the game is kind of a dnd raising sim. You have 6 stats, there are 5 heroines(detective, warrior, treasure hunter, thief/assassin, librarian). Each stat helps you do the plotline for one girl(quests is what the game calls them), with the charm stat being for misc. girls scenes. Your stats do nothing in the battle system, except health which is rarely used for anything else. You can do as many of the girls plots as you want/can before the end of the game with no repercussions.
When you make a decision in the game, it rolls a dice. The game then takes that roll and adds your stat that pertains to the choice and then checks if you succeed or fail. You need to succeed a number of checks per quest for a girl to pass. If you fail you lose a day and the game pretends you never tried that quest. That’s about half the gameplay right there.
The other half of the game is grinding levels to raise your stats to do the girls plotlines. You do this by going to the guild hall and picking training. There you pick a level of opponent(and see what they are using) and then your weapon and armor. It kind of a rock-paper-scissor thing where you pick the best equipment you have versus what the opponent is using. Its incredibly basic from there. You just trade blows until someone wins, no options. If you lose you lose 3 days to do other things.
Every fights gets you xp and gold which you can use to buy better equipment(buy only the best stuff, most importantly the Composite Bow which is used in the ending sequence). You can buy a few things that can help in the girls plots, but none of them are required and to me are a waste of money.
After your days are up you get into a sequence against the Castle of Doom. You have to pick the choices that most go with your stats, but it is fairly lenient, sending back before the battle if you fail. To get a girl’s ending and scene, you need to do her entire plot and then beat the Castle.
H Scenes and other stuff
I really like the scenes in this. The girls are almost always active, never being pensive and are actively try to enjoy sex. The scenes have a mix of long and short, with a number of positions and sometimes choices to change it up. The plainly drawn artstyle might be a turnoff for some, but its very unique compared to all the Japanese hrpgs. My biggest complaint lies in the animations. A number of scenes are animated, and the animation itself is fine, they just end to move way to fast to the point of being creepy for me. The animations are also at fault for the worst scene, a 10 or so line blowjob where every line has “wait for animations to load” in the dialogue. The scenes are mostly one male on one female, but there a few weird ones like a tentacle one, one with blackmail, a couple threesomes, and a gangbang. Also the game has floating dick, not connected to anyone in a number of scenes. How that effects your enjoyment may vary.
The game has voice acting in English, but its mostly bad or throwaway. Few scenes are voiced and only one in the replay mode keeps its voices for some reason. There is also no music that I can remember.
I will say I like how a number of the games scenes are hidden away. They actually feel like rewards since a couple of them actually take full playthroughs to unlock just one or two. H scenes as rewards are a thing I like about hrpg’s, and I wish more of them actually made the process of getting the scenes more then just finish the game, lose to a boss, or do this girls events. It feels more rewarding to actually need some effort to get a scene.
Overall, its a bad game with good h scenes. The game has a demo(which gives you the full detective story+ the beginnings of the others.) you can try or not. I think it died. That is a scene that the maker couldn’t add to the game. It should give a good idea of what to expect, though it will spoil the thieves plot a bit. Or you can name yourself Taiyo to get a few yuri scenes back to back. To read the full game you need to pay, as there is no crack I know of.
Play the game for the porn if you want to. It’s honestly the best part. The plot is weird and disjointed due to the girls having little to do with each other, and the combat is just a means to end.
Save contains only scenes available in the demo. If I gave out my full save it would give others access to the full game without paying, and that is wrong so I won’t. I will remove the save if the author contacts me.
