Alibi Games

This is a company post for a circle from Dlsite. I’ve played a few of their games before and they’re all short, have unique gameplay, alright art and bland translations, though not that it matters since they seem to intentionally put as few words into their games a possible. Anyway, any games I play made by Alibi or Alibi+ will be talked about in this post.

Adventure World- Alisa the Swordsman-    II

An action RPG of sorts. Combat is walk up, attack and guard. You have some useless skills and stamina to watch over. You can have helpers though they are bad, other then the nun who heals. The warrior is good for a cg and the other girl is worthless. The field map is the meat of the game where you take jobs, shop, and do other stuff to get cgs. The only ending is running out of morality so its basically an adventure sandbox. Very basic though with little to actually do. The scenes in this one actually have text, but the text is incredibly bland. Save has all scenes unlocked.

Infected City  I   II

RE144351. Boring, but if you moved faster or had fast travel it would be fine, if short. Basically you run around avoiding zombies while trying to trigger events for scenes. Animations are bland, with only having a short clip per click and a different clip when you finish. No real story to speak of. Save has a completed record, which means all cgs, all animations, and all ending marks unlocked.

My Church  I   II

RE152182. “Simulation.” You get some random visitors to your church, and you have to check if they are lying about where they’re from. Kinda like an extremely simple Papers, Please with better drawn naked people. Boring overall, no plot, h is basic animations. Save contains all cgs and animations(except the last one, which seems to be broken.)

Blade of Glory- Golden Lion    II

Called a Gladiator SLG, its basically a raising sim. You have a slave, you want money and your town has gladiators. So you put your busty blonde women into armed combat to win money to live comfortably. You can choose her weapon and up her stats as she levels, and each weapon has unique skills though the six passives work all the time and are mostly way better then the combat skills. So you have her fight by telling her what to priorities. Ring outs and killing your opponent is how you win. It’s simple and mostly automated. All you have to do is make sure you enter fights with good health. H is cg only with non gallery scenes sometimes having badly written text. A decent number of endings makes it one of Alibi’s more interesting titles, even if it still only lasts about an hour. Save has all cgs unlocked and an end game save if you want to beat the game. For some reason whenever you open the game it starts at the third week event, so go into the menu and go to title then new game if you want to properly start from scratch.
