Length-10+ hours, likely 15
Turn based RPG Maker MV with a focus on dungeon crawling. Not a corruption game, actually has a mix of consensual and not scenes.
Story
The king’s aid went mad! He cursed the king and created a giant magic dungeon right next to the kingdom! The princess sets out with her aide/bodyguard to complete the dungeon to save her father. Before even setting foot into the dungeon, the princess recruits an elf as the groups healer, and a thief by paying off their debt they accrued.
They go into the dungeon and stuff happens. There is a cult devoted to the Abyss. Just a bunch of doomsday monsters. The standard dungeon stuff. That’s really it, the dungeon is 5 floors long. Complete it. Only floor 4 really has a plot at all, the rest is just exploring.
Gameplay
Combat itself is turn based. Skills are handled differently then normal, both spells and physical. Physical skills are weapon dependent and after use you need to wait x number of turns to use any skill again. Spells are using a cast per rest system, no MP. This is a big thing that causes a lot of my issues with the game, especially early on.
So in general you have 9 casts of a spell. You only have 1 healing spell early on, and money is tight and healing items are expensive. So a lot of the first floor for me was go in, check the map(which uses another spell), go to some unexplored section, fight a bunch where each hit almost kills one of my party, and then leave. Repeatedly for each room on the map.
There are a few more things to mention. Hitting 0 health doesn’t kill you in this game. The girls have a second health system called VP, any hit at 1 health does 1 VP. Reach 0 VP and then you die. VP doesn’t raise very often but is very important on higher difficulties, which is why I had so many issues. I played on hard and every monster could almost one shot a party member, which meant a lot of healing after every fight. You have very limited healing early on, so the first floor dragged. Second floor wasn’t any better. Third was okay because I had a stockpile of cheap healing item, and fourth floor was a teleport maze and I gave up on playing fair. Changed the difficulty and used RPG Maker to run through walls. Fifth floor is the end of the game so I played fair for most of it.
Another reason the game is kind of infuriating is that every square room has a a crazy high encounter rate when you enter it. Winning fights in these rooms drops a chest which is were a lot of your loot and gear comes from. Thing is, there are a lot of square rooms on every floor. So a lot of encounters. The bonus dungeon is especially horrible for this.
Also, this game has a crazy number of weapons and armor. Somewhere in the 300~’s I think? It’s basically a small number of actual weapons, but with a lot of modifiers. Like a short-sword can be just a sword, or have a +1 or +2 and a magic effect like lucky. This comes out to a stupid huge item list.
H and Other stuff
This does some interesting things. Each girl has around 10 h scenes. Most of these are some random man or monster inflicting pleasure into the girl that got into the bad situation. Each girl does have 1 or 2 vanilla scene with a love interest of sorts(who are quickly forgotten), and a prostitution style scene of sorts. Each girl also has a scene where in combat the villain takes advantage of them in a piece by piece h scene. Also 2 different futa scenes between the girls.
Length is fine, they have gasps and moans going on, and they are spread out a lot. The girls are all look broad shouldered compared to standard anime girls somehow… They aren’t masculine, they just look bigger then usual. Big boobs all, with Rosche, the smallest, still being well above flat. Overall a decent selection.
The game also takes the whole girls undergo traumatic or mind affecting monster sex seriously sometimes. A few h scenes will be followed up with the other girls using drugs to prevent children and sometimes inflict amnesia on the girl who just got attacked. It was odd seeing this stuff taken even kind of seriously.
Verdict
So when I reached the end of the game, just four fights from the final boss of the dlc, my game broke entirely. It took around 5 seconds for it to crash as my computer went ballistic. My auto save and main save both suffered from this, so my saves were garbaged. Downloaded someone else’s and went to add the rest of the items but stopped pretty quick cause there are way to many.
Basically I didn’t have a good time and the game gave the worst final impression. I’m sure the game can be fun a as dungeon crawler, I just had a horrible time.
