This was mostly played so that one of the few ecchi western games would be included. Kinda not surprisingly, western art and developers tend away from actual sexy, usually going for ugly or kinda attractive. The rare times they make a good looking character, they are not in a game type to emphasize that, like first person shooter or some sprtie platformer.
It’s also one of the rare gay/bi/straight, all options covered kind of games.
Loren was one of the earliest western indie things to be sexy ish, enough so that some of the players requested the devs to make the characters cloth up a bit more. While that did end up happening, Loren can easily be played in it’s original style. It’s also the only game from that team that really ran with making everyone kinda attractive and showing it all the time.
