Healing Touch

H Scene Count- Prolgue- 3, Love Route-35, NTR- 25~

Created by Alicesoft, translated by whoever Alicesoft paid to do it

Length- NTR Route- 2-5 hours of pure reading Pure Love- 3-5, around 30 minutes of grinding total

A weird combo of the Tsuma series and Beat, Healing Touch is a rare simultaneous release worldwide, split into two parts(techncially three, prologue is the demo and included in both games as the start). Both halves of the title follow a women named Rui as she falls to lust(or love) for someone other then her husband. There’s some magic and other stuff going on to.

NTR route is just a VN. So almost everything below is for the Pure Love half of the game. The only things you do in NTR is pick what of 2 places to go, and going to one of them opens another choice. These choices changed who she ends up NTRing with at the end, though she’s sleeping round regardless. Not sure on the context of it, other then she horny and magic is transferred via sexual fluids. I didn’t read NTR. Based on what I learned from the other half, one end is definitely happier then the other.

Love Route is sold as something that sounds like a Beat game where you sleep with the heroine for energy and use that to fight. This is technically a part of love route. Except the fights are an auto runner you do for event points, and the sex is just a recharge you do. You can up your MP and HP(enemy kill count and how long you can go) for a bit by visiting one of the map locations up to like 5 times. That’s really it. It does have “optional” h scenes that are very short and make the count a bit of a lie, though you will get them just recharging through the story. It takes until like the last 6 h scenes for the first choice to pop up for Love Route’s ending split, and that choice does nothing. Love Route has 1 ending. Both routes make me question the point to the pregnancy progress meter, it fills no matter what you do.

That’s it. These shouldn’t be called games, but since Alicesoft and how Love Route is sold I’m going to let them have a post, though really they are just nukiges that use the same setting.

I do find the setting interesting. Basically, magic lets you do anything. You want to be a good cook? Magic will guide your hand. Want to be a good carpenter? Magic will buff your muscles and give you a keen strike on those nails. Good at sex? Magic will change your genitals shape to make your partner swoon. Not having enough magic makes you kind of mediocre, but having a lot makes you able to do basically anything. Also, sex fluids recharge mana, because of course they do.

Save for Healing Touch- NTR and Pure Love

  1. Same with you, I’m only interested because Alicesoft. Not releasing on Steam makes me eugh though. I’m still not sure if I want to commit to buying outside of Steam and even JAST’s regional pricing is still a bit higher than Steam’s (nevermind lack of Cloud Save and Proton-compatibility / Linux-integration which are primary motivation for me to buy stuff these days).

Much like 9-nine-, I really would have preferred if it could just be a single integrated game though. Not a big fan of slicing up routes as separate games to double dip, even if it’s fairly cheap and actually does have a regional pricing unlike Evenicle 2 and Dohna Dohna.

    • I can think of a few business reasons to split up the release, but yeah I don’t care for it much. At least with things like 9-Nine the game’s aren’t done, so it’s an ongoing business thing where early entries fund the later ones(in theory).
Here though, I’m not sure. Is it double dipping or just avoiding the NTR haters by giving them the option to have a game without any of it(even though there is still some NTR in pure love anyway). Either way, I’d prefer just to have an entrie game then this.
