Another game played for Lock n lewd mechanic, this is a pixel ATB based rogue ish RPG. With a monster girl focus and basically no story. Can be played one handed.

Story

So dude finds a map to a magic school in a world like ours. He goes there with the intent to steal stuff and sell it, but ends up with a fairy companion which qualifies him into the school of witches.

After intro classes, he goes to the teleport gate of the school to go eat lunch and ends up in a slime cave. And that’s kind of it. Each time you try to go to a new place you get sent to a new dungeon until you tame the final boss. There’s barely any story beyond the intro of lewd arcana, the main character’s element. Which while hinted at being a big deal is just used to get one or two cg scenes and justify all the girls sleeping with him.

It’s throwaway, with some ideas to build off of if they want.

Gameplay

Badly introduced is the biggest issue here. When I finished the guided tour that was the intro and the game dunked me into dungeon 1, I was okay. Beat that, it was fine. Then it immediately throws you into dungeon 2 and you can win until the boss fights happens and boom, stone walled. At this point I had no idea what to do. No idea how to level up, spend my arcana aka money, get new spells, or what the hub was for. Spent 30 minutes or so throwing myself into the dungeon not really getting it, though finding pickups that gave stat buffs and eventually stat increases and unlocking summons(enemy sex sprite animations) and new spells. Then I figured out you could go to your room to spend arcana for stats.

Like 20 minutes later I finally actually figured the game out. The hub has two training area where you get big stat jumps for minigames. When those games stop paying out, you go and do the exam and then go train more. Eventually you get way stronger then anything in the core game doing this. During this you also meet the NPCs in the hub who exist solely to get you sex cgs as you talk to them.

As for the actual gameplay, it’s an ATB battle game where you equip 4 spells and go into kind of random generated dungeons. You spawn on the grid and look around for enemies and stat ups until you find a portal, travel up until you find the boss. You can teleport in this grid to go two spaces in a direction, which took me half the game to figure out. Which helps you get more stuff and skip fights.

The game is designed to be played one handed, with each spell or action using the arrow keys. When you enter a fight, you wait for your action bar then select your spell. You will then get its input keys. The more correct ones you hit the stronger the spells effect. Spells come in the usual types, though the damage spells aren’t really just stronger versions of each other. I ended up spamming the second single target attack spell since it also did attack and defense down, which meant it generally did better then the stronger one. The heal spell is also useless in this game. You have passive healing you can level, but really you just use the shield spell. It’s max amount is one of your 4 stats, and the higher the max the more shield you get on a cast. Your HP never goes up, shield does. Shield persists between fights in dungeons, as well as buffs. Most of my late game dungeoning was fight 1 early enemy to max out shield and then charge to the boss. Who couldn’t do even half my shield bar.

I should point out the pink gauge, which is the enemy sex attack gauge. When filled they jump the player and set his turn back and do no damage. You can just sit on these if you want, the battle pauses to let you watch until you spam left and right arrows to orgasm. You can eventually get a spell to capture enemies to get these in the gallery.

H and Other stuff

Has two types, separated into two galleries. The first you’ll come across is in battle sex animations. Each has three tiers as the guy gets more excited, like switching between girl moving and the guy moving or from 69 to sex. The other type is cg images with some voice acting(no text) that was really quite. Gallery is in the room to the right when you load up a save.

Girls are mostly all monster girl types, with like two humans. The girls skin tones range from green, black, and brown and doesn’t look like fur so I won’t call it fury but it’s closer to that then just throwing tails and ears on girls. All scenes are consensual with at most some magic prodding, even the in battle stuff the guy is all for it and doesn’t mind at all. You also don’t lose anything when they use their sex moves.

Verdict

After the bad opening I was always too strong except for gimmick fights, so it felt disappointing. It also took to long for any of the school stuff to progress so I had no idea if it was tied to content progress or just spending grinding time on affection stats.

Basically, it’s a badly explained game with an okay concept. Gameplay is okay, though just repeating the same casts of the same attack spell every fight got boring.
