eTRUe’s 1st person survivor horror style game, the followup to Crawling Lab.
-Updated 5/7 for Hard Survival mode update, which added some more clothes to buy and a hard mode for the survival mode. Save updated.

Take Abyss School’s puzzles and Crawling Lab’s shooting, then remove anything about those games that gave them character and put it in a hospital you get this. Lots of zombie nurses.
Story- 4
Zuel works for an internet installation company and has a job at a hospital called Ruined Hospital. He arrvies and it’s rundown. He makes it in and finds a women who attempts to attack him. Another girl(Nell) shoots the women and kind of explains what’s happening.
The hospital is full of zombies, with Nell and the Head Nurse being the only not zombies. Nell doesn’t want to be saved, she just wants internet access and Zuel’s company is very customer satisfaction guaranteed. 2/3 of the story is focused on getting the internet back up and running, the rest is about Nell and why this is a zombie filled hospital. You then get some background on Zuel and the rest after beating the game.
Gameplay-5
It’s trying to be a Resident Evil type in a hospital. You have zombies in rooms, you shoot and done. Clear the floor, solve the puzzles for advancement(usually using notes for codes or finding keys), move on. Maybe solve some extra puzzles for more stuff. The game has about 5 full areas you explore.
While the game has 6 different enemies types and two bosses, you only fight 3 of those enemies for the majority of the game and they all look basically the same. This is something I’ll praise in the lewd section but for gameplay purposes there really was only two enemies. Ones that attack on sight and ones that attack after you shoot them that are super erratic. Ammo is plentiful if you look around and unless you skip the shotgun and magnum you’ll likely never have ammo issues.
Puzzles are whatever. Most of them are solving clues in notes you find to unlock doors or boxes with keys. So find note, find thing note talks about, order the letters/numbers, solve puzzle. No zombies stuck in line, no using enemies for basically any puzzle. Minus the part where you basically have a Nemesis chasing you the combat and puzzle solving are completely separate. I just found Abyss School’s puzzles more interesting if only cause they had more character.
The only stuff of note is that each area will have two or so optional puzzles that reward coins. These are used to buy stuff from wall mounted safes, like extra carrying capacity or the other two guns, or you save them up so that when you beat the game they get added to your buy stuff from the coin shop, mostly cosmetic stuff.
Survival mode makes that second point moot. After clearing the game the first time, you unlock a horde mode. Nell stands in the center acting as a turret and the longer you survive the more coins you get. Each kill gives you points to spend on upgrades for your guns or Nell, these aren’t saves between runs. As I had a chance to crash playing this, I just afk’ed this mode to get coins. It was by far the most boring point farming I’ve done for any of eTRUe’s games to date.
Lewdness- 3
For your first run, it’s just big jiggly nurses. Nell and the Head Nurse are also stacked but aren’t around very often. You can ragdoll the nurses if you want, and they have kill animations that are oddly not in a gallery in this game.
Once you beat the game you unlock custom nurse, where you can pick which outfits, skin tones, and other stuff that 6 nurse enemy types can spawn with. This can help as honestly the enemies don’t stand out from each other much being six different zombie nurses. The picture at the top is this system, anything check marked is what that nurse type can spawn with. That’s it. No cgs, no specific defeat gallery, just some dressup. You can get bunny outfits for the main story girls and a waiter outfit for Zuel, that’s about it for the core cast.
Final Thoughts
A weaker game then the others, though I will applaud attempting combing a bunch of stuff. It has less character then Abyss School’s puzzles, the combat wasn’t Crawling Labs strong point it was the survival mechanics that this does poorly, there’s little focus on sex appeal. It’s the most story heavy of all eTRUe’s titles which I’m assuming was the goal. And that story is silly, having the most dumb reason for the guy to be involved in a zombie building of any zombie story I’ve read.
It’s a B movie Resident Evil(C would be more accurate).
Save for Ruined Nurse
Coin shop bought out which is all the unlocks. I also have saves to the end of each area for those who want to do any random part of the game.
Gameplay: 5/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 4/10
Completion: Beat the main game, farm coins to buy out the coin shop. Done.
