HTML game with achievement style progression. You basically do a run of events, and run out of options of things to do then reset and try to reach different stat thresholds and relationship statuses to get content and different ending slides.

I know the actual release is at .17 already but I took my sweet time releasing this.

Story

One day, a doctor decided enough was enough and wanted to change his bland normal days. How he does this is up to the player, but it’s mostly by sleeping with other nurses, doctors and patients. There’s not really a set story other then the MC raising up to eventually getting his own department in the hospital.

Gameplay

It’s basically a rogue esque dating sim, similar in concept to Second Chance but goes about it a different way. You can play this one until you run out of things you can possibly do, but you likely won’t hit a lot of requirements without restarting a lot and hitting different milestones at different points. Hell, some events require starting bonuses outright.

Anyway, game flow is simple enough. You get a decent sized list of events. You get usually a choice or two in each event and this affects your stats and inventory and sometimes relations with people. As your stats grow and you meet the right people and do the right choices you’ll get more events. After 10 actions the game will hand you an ending and you can choose to start over or keep going. If you keep going you keep the current world state and get another 10 days then an ending. You can keep going until you run out of things to do.

The goal of the game is threefold. 1. Get different endings to get achievements which gives you perk points for start game bonuses. 2. Hit start game bonus requirements to select more options at the start of the game. 3. Use the scene list to see more new content.

For in world progress, as you get more patients you level up your status as a doctor which is usually how you advance the bigger world state. Currently you end up as a lead of a department where you select your workers and get a bunch of events with them. It’s fairly straightforward and there’s plenty of in game/UI guides on how to get basically everything.

H and Other stuff

Compared to Second Chance, this one is much more mature women focused. Like if the average cup size of Second Chance was C, then here it is DD.

Beyond that, the clips are on average longer then Second Chance and I don’t have much more to say. It’s actually been like 2 weeks since I played this when I wrote this up, I honestly don’t remember much. There’s a small amount of drug fueled scenes, I think a few threesomes and that’s all the weirder stuff I can remember.

Verdict

I played this when I noticed it had a similar idea to Second Chance. This has better nukige elements to it, as it’s far more straightforward. I also like the models better on average. it’s also way less deep of a game, which is probably better for some people.
