The fourth Genkai Tokki entry, the bust based Seven Pirates. Where leveling and stat bonuses are done by rubbing boobs and shaping them to your pleasure. Yep, this is what video games are all about.

It’s a turn based RPG that’s pretty short by the series standards, with 100% being possible in around 20 hours. Dungeons are short, combat is a breeze, and the story is more an excuse for comedy and character interactions. Plus boobs. The final game in the series apparently lets you do the boob minigame from this on their asses as well, can’t wait for how silly that’ll be.
Gameplay-7
Standard turn based RPG fair for combat, though there is one interesting idea. Every girl has a max MP of 200, and they regen some each turn. If they max they enter an aroused state(of course) and their stats go up. There is a lesser version of this at 100, but the 200 one lasts 5 turns before they… orgasm I guess and lose a few turns before they can act again. This is also when they gain access to their ultimate’s.
It’s an interesting risk/reward system as spamming skills in normal fights is fine but in boss fights or tougher enemies do you save or spend? Is an ultimate better then hovering around 100 to get those boosts or is the 200 the better option? Should you overwrite a buff on the boss or just buff the entire party, or buff the party to get rid of a debuff(as only one thing can exist in each status slot)? I wasn’t expecting anything like this so it was nice that this game has something for me to need to think about. It also has an elemental weakness triangle which is pretty simple, though there are status effects that change your element including all your special moves. This could be interesting.
Also, some monster drops are locked to certain things. Thankfully the monsterpedia tells you what those are, but actually realizing this took me… almost the whole game. These are things like killing at full HP, using an ultimate, or killing with the Otton Cannon. The Otton Cannon, for the most part, is a special super move you get that insta-kills all normal enemies, but it’s actual purpose is to end some boss fights. Some bosses have to be killed HP wise then finished with the cannon, for some reason. Other then a tit rub minigame in combat there’s no real purpose to it.
Out of the combat is the most interesting point though, as that is where booby training is(real name). Basically the rubbing minigame, but with more depth then usual in that it is both very important to do, and what you do in it does have gameplay effects.
So when your characters get enough xp to level, you get a training extract. You use these in booby training to actually level up. In the training itself, there are 6 stats of the the girls boobs which effect modifiers to their stats depending on what you do. For example, big is high attack while small is high agility. These also act kind of like classes as you maximize the girls in specific ways for different roles. These also effect their models at all times, changing size, orientation, jiggle amount, and more.
It’s an odd choice. Since you have to stop fighting and go into a menu to play a minigame to level, I would usually kind of hate this mechanic as an idea. Thankfully you can stockpile a lot of the extract, so instead you just level when you feel you need to and it’s really quick. You can only affect the boob stats 10 times per extract and it can take 3-5 seconds to get through that. It basically doesn’t get in the way and lets you control how strong your girls are, which I like.
You also use this mode to identify eggs in a very similar idea to Omega Labyrinth. You break the eggs with their boobs, the higher their level the better chance of getting it broken and getting the item inside. It also sometimes just blows up like a bukkake because it was a rotten egg. I don’t like that identify has a fail chance but you don’t really need this mechanic so I guess it’s fine? Also eggs and items have separate drop chances so you need different equipment to increase their drop chance which is weird.
Note- Far as I could tell, eggs have set item drops. No idea if that’s set as a game as a whole, or something else but saving and reloading doesn’t change the drop list. Nothing else I did changed it either. Also, eggs all have 1 unique item(Ultra Rare), which is usually a booby kin. If something tells you about an item and you can’t find it on the world map, it’s likely that they expect you to have all the egg kins to find it that early.
Which I guess is where I bring up the equipment. Despite being a sea based game, the equipable items are bras and panties, not swimsuits. Panties act as your sword and shields, they give stats. Bras give mostly passive skills, things like act first, more MP per turn and such. Thing is, as you need to farm a decent number of item drops to get stuff, I never took off the increased item and egg drop bras, which thankfully you get really early.
The main game loop is enter dungeon, fight the boss then reenter to collect monster drops and kills for quests for the booby kin to advance the game. The booby kin are… gnomes. I guess? They are the local shipwrights, merchants and other general work. They also serve as the game’s main collectable. Merchant types increase your buyable items, pirates give more battle skill options, usually at a higher cost or weaker effect then an individual girls version of the skill but anyone can cast it, and scouts which give quests and rumors on other side quest style things in the world. Booby kin are everywhere. Chests, boss drops, in the ocean, on islands, and quest rewards can all give out a booby kin. There are also discoveries, which are things you can collect that I’m pretty sure do nothing other then give a text blurb.
Story-4
Purate was hit in the head by a compass that fell from the sky when she was young. This lead to the obvious belief that she was the chosen one, and she became a pirate to find the treasure this weird compass points to. On a boat with a… friend, I think, Otton falls from the sky colliding with Purate, and they both are washed away.
Waking up on a strange island, the compass points somewhere, and after a squabble and Otton unlocking the potential of Purate’s boobs using booby training, the two meet Waffle, a dog/wolf monster girl and this leads to many more meetings. There’s not much plot from this point on beyond finding more friends and treasure for a good while. It’s mostly a character driven silly story, and I like the character writing. These girls are not friends. They are monsters and have quirks. They enjoy embarrassing each other and taunting. I actually found it way more fun then the sterile friend stuff the other Moero’s have. These girls are not afraid to piss each other off.
Anyway, it’s a silly romp. Surprisingly short actually, each dungeon is like 10 minutes unless you grind for everything. Compared to the other entries this one is like 1/5 of the length. Which isn’t a bad thing, the grinding in Crystal, Chronicle, and Monpiece weren’t exactly fun parts of the game. It was just not expected.
The game does have a slightly more serious plot about halfway in, though oddly enough Otton is technically the major character of that story. It was a nice way to wrap stuff up and paid off some very early foreshadowing.
Lewd-6
Obviously you have booby training minigame and the egg cracking. Each attack animation makes sure to get a close up of the girls assets, and each girl has 2 outfits. Their standard one and their lingerie for booby training(the included dlc adds a recolor for this). The models are good for the Vita, which this was made for. One of the dlcs also breaks the original limiter on the parameters, so you can really make some silly sizes and shapes. Do note that if ridiculous sizes turn you off, you can just shrink them down. You have full control and the stat gains from boob sizes aren’t necessary to beat the game at all.
As for the cgs, each recruited girl gets 1 cg before they join the crew, before you can booby train them. These all include a shot of whatever is covering their chests falling off and usually them in comprising positions. Honestly I like the shots themselves, but maybe it’s the artsyle? I didn’t really care for them that much as sexual imagery. Maybe I’m seeing to much of this stuff.
The only cgs not from meeting your party members are the two from the true end, which are not lewd at all.
Gets a 6. Models are good to me, bust size control is fun and quirky lewd, the camera is aware of this and tracks their boobs with basically all their skill animations. The 7 main cgs are all lewd to. It’s a strong showing, but it just lacks amount.
Verdict-
So the first half of the game is actually pretty simple, to the point that while I liked the idea of the mechanics nothing really interested me. Then the dungeon revisit bit happened and suddenly all the bosses were fun. They actively changed your element or used status debuffs, did actual damage, had counters and regen and suddenly the combat system clicked into place. It’s a tug of war of status effects, elements, and buffs while trying to edge out in damage.
Note that I don’t think it’s amazing. You can set up some instant wins against those bosses by saving up MP before hand, and your attack options always felt oddly limited. It’s just way stronger then I expected, easily my favorite of the series. Really this is my favorite of the Genkai Tokki series, easily. Chronicle has a stronger story, and the other games have more monster girls total, and that’s it for the other games having anything better. Of course, some would prefer Monpiece’s card battle system, which is fine. I just think this game’s combat system and way lower grind count to finish made it more satisfying to play. Do wish the Four Knights had cgs though, it would have helped instead of having all the good ones front loaded.

4 saves. First is 100% done, in front of final boss for true end. 2nd is middle of the game, right before the dungeon revisits where you fight the sexy gal monsters. 3rd is Normal End. 4th is a clear save ready for NG+.

Technically, just getting true end would be enough for all cgs. I also grabbed all the booby kin, completed all their medal tasks, and got every drop in the bestiary/model viewer. Including the post game extra boss fight drops.
