Separated the ecchi game page game list into console and then PC by letter so that I can have images for each game.
Note that some Steam game saves might not work because they are locked to an account. Some mods can fix this, or deleting the steamIP or whatever its called file if it has one. Beyond that, no idea and I’m not aware of which ones are like that. Usually it’s online heavy games, which I don’t play often. Why can’t save sharing be easy?
Recent Updates-
1/29 Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy-
1/5- Gal Guardian: Servant of the Dark
12/4- Gal Guardian: Demon Purge
A puzzle game by eTRUe. You follow the girl on the right as she treks through an underwater school, solving item puzzles and avoiding jiggly zombies and tentacly monsters as she tries to get to the roof to go home. It’s about 2-3 hours long and is basically an extra long escape room game with some clothing damage to act as your HP. It’s pretty easy so something for an afternoon where you want to solve puzzles as a busty girl. Other then the chest sizes and jiggle though, not much lewd to be found here.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 3/10
Agarest Generation of War Zero
Agarest Zero, the second game that contains the first. Zero is slightly better then the original, but not by much. It’s SRPG gameplay is barely changed, it just got a better story flow and the art shifted to a lewder style. Not really something I’d recommend, but if you wanted to play either just play this one.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 5/10
See PS2 post for full mini review. It’s an okay RPG with some good music and light lewd elements.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 6/10
Atelier Ryza

The ass/thighs Atelier game, at least according to the internet. The Atelier series is a series focused on alchemy and slice of life. Little romance or actual fanservice in any game outside of shipping(usually yuri). This one subverts the fanservice thing with the main heroine’s design, though Lila(the adult women of the party) has a much more erotic design. That’s it though, don’t expect much more then an easy RPG with two easy on the eyes girls in it and maybe some fun with mods and the posing mode.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 5/10
Middle game of the series, so plotwise not much happens. A few new characters, some small character development, Ryza having to learn alchemy from scratch… yeah not much happens. The combat system got a bit more fast paced and focused on guarding and trading attacks. Or at least that was probably the goal, items and overpowered gear make any of that pointless. Small improvements throughout the rest of the game, but nothing that makes it not boring, which is what I felt through a majority of the game.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 4/10
qureate’s 5th game, a rhythm game with a massage theme. Probably known as Massage Freaks! As a rhythm game it’s alright, nothing stand out beyond the lewdness and NTR mode where the girls get all pleasure faced and nude, but with light censors to keep them 15+ instead of 18. The other half(third?) of the game is kind of a dating sim, where you try to get all the girls to max satisfaction to their dates and the final ending via that. It’s fun enough, no real issues and plenty lewd.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 7/10 Story: 4/10
Blazblue Calamity Trigger

The first game in the RPG turned fighting game series by Arksys. It is impossible to complete 100% do to online issues, so 88 is the best I could do. The PSP version is actually the only one you can 100% at this point.
Low ecchi, fun combat for a beginner at least, and a very varied cast then I am used to. I enjoyed it, though I doubt this should be played for any reasons other then to intro the story for the other 3 games.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 5/10
Blue Guardian Margaret
The most lewd of FoxEye’s(dev known for girls underwater stuff, including drowning) games. It is a metroidvania with clothes destruction that plays into its swimming and damage mechanics. Can be pretty brutal, probably the hardest metroidvania I’ve played, not that that’s a high number. Calling it ecchi is a bit of a stretch as some of the cgs are clearly sexual(rat licking her out), but the consensus on Dlsite and elsewhere is that it is not a porn(18+) game.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 5/10 Story: 3/10
An adventure game with a decent amount of personality and (to me) some fun minigames. It’s done in the style of Foto Flash or Frank’s Adventure, where you are going around doing tasks to get pictures to finish the game. Tasks range from scavenger hunts to microgames. Has 16 images of monster girl goodness, 15 with top nudity.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 7/10 Story: 3/10
Generic man visits hot girls at hostess bar, drama free love story happens.
It has some light dating sim mechanics, like a calendar and money, but really it just ends up being a drama free romance story with one of three girls. The models are the main draw, the cgs are pretty light on actual sexual situations or intent. No real story either, it’s just chatting until crush then eventually confession. It’s a comfy game.
Gameplay: 3/10 Eroticness: 5/10 Story: 3/10
Caladrius Blaze

An ecchi schmup with a focus on clothes destruction. 8 playable character each with 3 unique shot types that can be swapped to the others, a unique normal shot, and there own ultimate per one of the three game modes. The story even reacts to your player two, giving the game 36 endings., some of which are sweet and some silly.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 3/10
Catherine Classic

The puzzle climbing story of an adult sheep. Catherine is one of the rare games where sex is part of the serious plot and it works. It’s also a rare example of an adult focused game and story. It’s one of those standout titles because basically nothing else has tried to be like it.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 8/10
Crawlco-Block Knockers
A fun, unique-ish puzzle game. It’s basically connect three to combine blocks and you want to combine them over the image, though you don’t need to do that to beat level. It’s just the only way to unlock the images. I enjoyed this. It’s excuse plot made me chuckle at the end and some of the art was good, though not really my thing.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 2/10
Roguelite FPS. Conserving and saving up ammo early to use later, perks every few floors, a mix of big tiddy enemies, and a 40 floor randomized lab to escape. It was enjoyable.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 2/10
Criminal Girls: Invite Only

Fetish RPG for S/M, kinda. You train the girls with minigames that are loosely based on a form of torture, but really feel nothing like that act. It ends with literal massage and cuddle times. As for the gameplay, it’s fake difficulty done well. The girls decide their turn to turn moves, you just get to pick which is the one you want that turn. Which can work, until near the end where the girls start to become very predictable and thus boring.
Gameplay: 5/10 Eroticness: 6/10 Story: 4/10
Slenderman esque stealth game. You are in a cramped small space with the titular Siren roaming around. You have to find 20 pages and leave without touching her. I don’t think she can actually see you? Lots of cosplay options for her, jiggle, silly perv animations, and the final mode turns her into a giant you can play around with. Short, a bit boring, but packed with 3D lewd content.
Gameplay: 3/10 Eroticness: 5/10 Story: 2/10
Date Journal: Russian Girls Dating Sim

A Huniepop like but instead of Match-3, it’s kind of Minesweeper? Hard to explain without rambling so that’ll do. Also a board game to meet with the 6 girls. In general has more content per girl then Huniepop, but less overall content. Each girl’s final image is one step away from a night of passion. Also, not a dating sim. I don’t care if that’s what they named it, it’s a puzzle game.
Gameplay: 5/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 2/10
A 45 degree Isaac style roguelike, but without the disgusting. Cordelia, above, is the reason I played it as she gets a decent amount of pose art and some cosplay stuff depending on the store she’s in charge of. That’s really the only lewd, though there is the reference style fanservice throughout the rest of the game. Plenty of unlocks to pursue, easy to understand, and plenty of different characters with their own gimmicks to change up the game. It was fun.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 3/10
Dead or School

A silly very anime game. Light on fanservice, though front loaded with it. It plays like a 2D souls like with more mobility then usual.
Gameplay: 8/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 6/10
Personally, I found this to be a great dungeon crawler. Some difficult fights, enemy variation drawing out different moves from your team, team building options that mean a damn, varied dungeon problems that weren’t just immensely frustrating, and the new item notifications all just got me. It was fun. The story’s decent, with the supporting cast really covering for the silent protag. Lewd’s low, above is basically one of 3 lewd cgs, the other two being for the flat girls. The character art for the player and some enemies are the real source of what lewd this really has.
Gameplay: 8/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 6/10
What if Neptunia was 90% serious, and 10% silly. It’s a decent paranormal/thriller mystery thing. Way better then the rest of Compile Hearts/Idea Factories stories. The only thing worth it in this is the story, it’s low on perv content and the gameplay is an unbalanced mess, where it takes Neptunia’s combat and tweaks it.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 7/10
More of the first. More focused with only a 3 person core cast and no VR MMO this time, stuff is happening in reality this time. The small European town look is why I played this, I really like the look. I like this one a bit more then the first overall, though lewd and gameplay is still not good enough to recommend the series on. Play for story.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 2/10 Story: 7/10
Mystery dungeon 2.5 entry in the series. It’s not great? Beyond connecting to the eventual 3rd entry there is no real good reason to play this. Most of the fun parts of mystery dungeon games have been removed or made easy to focus on death ends and a weird story.

Qureate’s rogue lite tower defense game. 10 Princesses, 10 runs of a short game where you play units as cards to destroy the other sides base. It’s pretty bland as a game, the stories pretty empty though I think the setting is cool. The main appeal is the punishment games, which are a better feeling form of Criminal Girls rub minigame. They are basically sex scenes without nudity.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 7/10 Story: 3/10
Not my save, but has everything. An okay shooter that took way to long to make, that harkens back to a more whimsical style of protagonist. I found it silly really. FPS, unlocks are a bunch of cosmetics for Duke’s apartment, unlocked via multiplayer.
A 3D beat’em up RPG with lots of dressup options to collect. It goes through the first 100 chapters of the manga or the first 24 episodes of the anime. It’s fine, though tedious due to HP sponge enemies. Big boobs, jiggle, no shadow skirts, and a small pool of fanservice cgs you can unlock.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 6/10 Story: 4/10
An incredibly solid turn based RPG. Plenty of customization, challenges that use all the stuff you can unlock and get, and a simple to understand combat system to engage in. The story exists and might get a chuckle or two, and the lewd is mostly the above girl using her ultimate which puts her in different cosplay lingerie depending on her armor. That and some fanart.
Gameplay: 8/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 4/10
Fairy Fencer Advent Dark Force
Neptunia’s more serious sister series, with an actual male protag. Has actual character development, some dark story moments, decent comedy, and honestly poor gameplay. I would place it above Neptunia 1 Re;Birth and maybe on par with 2. Definitely has more lewd cgs.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 7/10
A straightforward platfomer by eTRUe. It’s one long series of platforming tests broken up by three cutscenes. It’s fine, lacking in actual lewd beyond a few outfits, of which there are few. Story is girl wants treasure, guardian plays with her. There’s a bit more in the final mode, which is the only mode with it’s own level. The other 3 modes use the same long series of platforming tests. It’s cheap and okay.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 3/10
Fairy Tail
A turn based RPG based on the manga, Fairy Tail. Had a big censorship stink, but even if they hadn’t censored it this game wouldn’t have much other then some bikini’s and big titties in those bikini’s. Beyond the fanservice, I think it’s an alright turn based system in a lackluster game.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 4/10
FotoFlash 1 & 2

A simple adventure game series about a photographer being paid to take pictures for some sexy magazines or calendars. You walk around to find 10 girls who want something, do the thing, and get an image. It reminds me of an old classic flash game so it made be a bit nostalgic. Not really good outside of the art, and ends on a cliffhanger.
Gameplay: 3/10 Eroticness: 5/10 Story: 2/10
FOXEye Limited Games Collection

A game collection by an underwater enthusiast. These are a bunch of 1-2 hour games the dev had made over the course of a few years with remade art. 2 puzzles games, 2 actiony games, and a clicker. Has barbie doll nudity once in a while but is mostly scenery censor as clothing damage occurs over the course of the cg variations(along with a small number of variations having the girls increase in panic as they almost drown). I had fun with 3 of the five games.
Gameplay: (No score for collections)/10 Eroticness: 5/10 Story: 2/10
A call back to the original Castlevania with some -vania level design stuff thrown in and that annoying knockback. Only 2 parts of the game were really hard, the rest was mostly a bit repetitive as you basically need to replay each level 3 times to get everything. No cg gallery so I made sure to setup a bunch of achievements were easy to get with the save. All endings should be available to get. Overall it wasn’t bad but it’s only barely in the spirit of Gal Gun, in fact it’s really not an ecchi game it’s only under this banner since it’s related to Gal Gun.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 1/10 Story: 3/10
Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark
The kind of sequel to the original Gal Guardians, this time following two demon maids with guest appearances by Shinobu and Maya. One day the castle was invaded and their master kind of killed, now the two maids want to revive him and get revenge. So they travel all of Jigoku to find bones and -vania their way through the world to the enemies fortress to strop their nefarious plan. It’s more lewd then the original with 4 cgs compared to 1, more standard -vania style though you level via bones found instead of xp from kills, and has more character.
I enjoyed it, but I get the mixed reviews it has. It needed a better tutorial for one of its moves, and learning most of your move power ups from leveling instead of finding stuff is weird for this genre. The flow is off because instead of moves having tutorial rooms, you just get the move and are expected to figure out where to use without clues. This really only happens once, maybe twice if we count elemental environment reactions, but it’s early enough to sour the experience. I enjoyed the sub weapon crafting and the build variety by the end of the game, it just has a bad early middle.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 4/10
Future You’ve Been Dreaming Of, The
Qureate game 4, a raising sim that really feels like it’s suppose to be a VR game. You guide the above girl into getting the stats to get 1 of 20 jobs. Runs take about 10 minutes, and all 20 need to be from start to end to get everything unlocked. I like the themes but the gameplay and lewd leaves a lot to be desired.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 3/10
Gal Gun Double Peace

A comedy focused lewd rail shooter. A fairly easy game with some good silly thrown in. In my opinion the lewd feels more a part of the joke then for actual lewd’s sake, but the lewd does help sell how silly over the top the game is. I just wish I got why Double Peace is a thing? Why are peace signs lewd?
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 5/10 Story: 3/10
Gal Gun Returns

The first Gal Gun game, remastered and finally brought to the English. It’s a step up in graphics, and a step down in gameplay. The story itself is mostly the same idea, though with way less people involved in any given run. Doki Doki Carnival is probably the best part when it comes to writing. An alright game, Double Peace is better though.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 6/10 Story: 4/10
Silly kind of giantess themed TPS. You play as 1 of two doll sizes girls running around 3 rooms in an all girls dorm, shooting them with Happy Bullets and solving their issues that range from dieting to space police. It’s silly and there’s a lot of posing and underwear and low angle shots. The cgs are way to safe but the rest of the game is mostly scantily clad girls being pleasured for their safety.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 7/10 Story: 4/10
Heroine Anthem Zero -Sacrifice-
A platformer that looks like a metroidvania. You play as a blonde guardian of the forest getting lore dumped one day and then going on a crazy dangerous mission the next, which ends as a setup for the sequel. Lots of art of the catgirl above, sadly no actual gallery. I made a save list to each instance of art that was pervy and made a guide for the scenes which was the best I could do.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 7/10 Story: 3/10
Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy-
I can’t believe I actually finished this damn thing… On one hand, I’m glad this exists. Passion projects like this from industry veterans are cool. On the other hand, there’s a reason the cutting room floor exists. I don’t know how to recommend something with this many different story genre’s thrown together to anyone. It doesn’t stand out strongly in any one area, and it’s best plot moments are things you can get better or faster in the two most famous writers other works.
The biggest issue is really just how bland the characters are. By necessity of some later plot stuff, they are incredibly generic while at the same time one or two note quirky. Basically their lack of real meaty backstories makes the bonding and character focused routes feel empty. If I could read this from Takemaru’s point of view, or maybe Tsubasa or Hiroko(or Nozomi in Cult), I might not have had such an issue.Takumi though is such a wet, indecisive noodle. Of course the point of view character is the weakest in personality. I did like the rotating love interest stuff felt appropriate through the routes, and when the routes went hard into mystery or psychological stuff they were usually interesting. Could have lived with less Takumi guilt tripping, the guy just never stops his pity parade.
Anyway, the game is only ecchi in the Cult route and one cg in the Vexness route. The weird 3D model style cgs and types of swimsuit shots makes the rest of the attempts at fanservice weak. I really can’t recommend this to anyone, it’s just not a focused enough experience to be even vaguely near the top of any recommend request. If you have to play it, read the ending 0, then get the standard golden ending, then take a break. Come back and use a guide for the other grand route that takes playing through 50% of the rest of the game to read. That’s how I would approach playing this.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 8/10
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1
The remake of the first game in Neptunia line. A turn based RPG with a lot of game reference comedy, this outing in the Console Wars is about fighting piracy. Kinda. Light hearted, soft ecchi, a series that never tries to hard but has some lovable traits. Not great, but not terrible.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 5/10
Hyperdimension Neptunia 2 Re;Birth ~Sister Generation~
Remake # 2 of the series. This one follows Nepgear, the little sister of Neptunia. About piracy again, but does a pretty good job showing it without just yelling about it being evil. One of the villains is even depicted as a mostly good guy. A bit more sexy then the 1st game, with basically the same core gameplay. With 8 endings, it’s a marathon for 100% but for 2 or so playthroughs it’s the stronger game then the original.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 5/10 Story: 7/10
Hyperdimesion Neptunia U: Action Unleashed
The Senran like Neptunia game made by the Senran Kagura team. It has jiggle, it has clothes ripping, it has not much else. It’s a passable horde fighter at best with a barely existent story. No cgs, the clothes ripping is the main appeal.
Gameplay: 4/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 3/10
Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart
Spin off 2 of Neptunia, main character being Noire. It’s the single SRPG of the series, and it’s one of those imbalanced ones with a bit more grinding then it needs with a heavy focus on positioning and how you move. Writing is what you would expect, the plot is kinda villain of the week, ecchi is fairly present, with more then half the cgs being some kind of fetish.
Gameplay: 7/10 Eroticness: 5/10 Story: 4/10
A decent scmhup with a war story backdrop and two waifu plane girls. The not pictured here one was honestly fun, her flirting was great. Has some good ecchi up front. 7 total schmup levels with a good amount of variety.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 6/10 Story: 6/10
Combine Mario Kart Double Dash and Wave Race 64 and make it boring and slightly sexy and you have this. A bland pile of meh that does nothing particularly well and the fault for that definitely lies on Sony. The anime basically makes this pointless.
Gameplay: 5/10 Eroticness: 2/10 Story: 3/10
Kobayahi’s Maid Dragon Choro-gon Breath, Miss
A not as lewd as I wanted schmup staring the Maid Dragon cast. It’s 6 levels long with a decent amount of difficulties to change things up. 3 playable girls, with Iruru and Lucoa being bosses. It plays alright, very grindy for unlocks for a schmup.
Gameplay: 6/10 Eroticness: 4/10 Story: 3/10
Konosuba – Love for these Clothes of Desire
A simple dating sim set in the Konosuba universe. You spend time to send out the cast to get materials which you use to craft outfits. Each chapter has two mandatory outfits and a couple of optional, each of the seven girls gets 4. After that you get a romance free epilogue based on the girl you went for. It plays like a 2 or so episode arc of the anime.
It’s fairly light in lewd overall, mainly from how the cgs are framed and which cosplays were chosen. This is mostly a comedy, and honestly if you don’t enjoy the core humor of Konosuba this won’t be for you. I do wish the editing was better, for 50$~ I want a spellcheck at the very least. Maybe get the genders right at least.
Gameplay: 3/10 Eroticness:3 /10 Story: 5/10
Kotodama The 7 Mysteries of Fujisawa
A match 3 with a stripping mechanic in it, likely inspired by Huniepop’s success. It’s trying to be a school mystery thing with some demons and a Groundhog Day loop, but it actually ends up being 99% just a school drama with some weak mysteries up until the end, even after the Groundhog Day loop starts. It has an interesting idea for the plot, just poor execution all around. It’s match 3 is weird too, you only drag to the top of the column each turn. Fanservice light outside of the match 3 stripping.
Gameplay: 3/10 Eroticness: 3/10 Story: 5/10
